Upper Body Strengthening for Wimps, Julie Gudmestad

Poses that bear weight on the arms can be a real challenge for students who come to yoga with weak upper bodies.  This class will offer a gently progressive series of poses to build strength in the arms, chest and shoulders, setting the stage for more challenging poses.  All levels. Please bring a mat, 2 blocks and a strap.
