Restorative Yoga: Deep Medicine for our Times

Instructor - Sarahjoy Marsh

Day & Time - Sunday at 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

(Available in Full and Sunday Festival Pass or with a Partial Pass for $80)

With such busy lives dominated by technology, over-scheduling, and distracted relationships, the perpetuation of restlessness and angst has become commonplace. We need to integrate restorative yoga practices more consistently. This afternoon’s session will provide restorative yoga poses for some of the common symptoms of our stressful times: headaches/migraines, digestion, and insomnia.  Restorative yoga poses that soothe pitta and vata help bring us back home to our innate sense of love and belonging (the subject of Sunday morning’s yoga session*). Please bring a hot water bottle if you have one.
*You do not need to attend Sunday morning to benefit  from this afternoon’s restorative yoga class. However, the morning class will provide the framework for a yogic lifestyle in which the restoration of love is more often prioritized.
