Sometimes we just need to let loose – let’s have one more blast of fun on the last day of this yoga festival. While our hearts and brains are full of love and good alignment, let’s play some good tunes and rock out to our favorite yoga postures. You will be challenged and inspired in this 2 hour workshop with a full array of yoga postures, leaving salty, sweaty and smiling. Laugh more and love a lot. It makes life happy.
