Build your standing poses from the ground up with focused work on the
feet, knees, and hips. Using a little anatomy to illustrate the alignment,
Julie will set a strong foundation from which your pose can grow up light
and spacious. We’ll start with basic poses and progress to more
challenging standing poses, including twists.
Please bring a mat, block, strap and blanket.
