Backbends keep the spine young, provided they are done correctly. The spine should be doing two things in all backbends: lengthening, and moving from the back of the body to the front. Coiling is a simple,
powerful technique to make both these things happen. Come and learn how to coil the spine to create safe, effective backbends no matter your
level of practice.
Please bring a mat, 1 or 2 blocks and a strap.
