Let’s come together for a day of Yoga practices that will cleanse and restore you from the inside out! Our morning will begin with Guided Relaxation, Pranayama (breath technique) and an intention-setting Meditation. Next we’ll do a slow, sweaty, twist-centric Asana practice to wring out the old and invite very deep release. A long Savasana will seal our intentions and our efforts.
Mindfully, yet silently, we’ll share a delicious and nutritious catered lunch, while eating in community.
We’ll come back for an afternoon of Restorative Yoga. This completely relaxing practice will drop you layer by layer into a deeply peaceful place. You’ll feel cleansed, relaxed and renewed.
All levels. Please bring a mat, 2 blankets, 2 blocks a bolster and a strap.
